GI Lite Rice Ramen

GI lite rice ramen is a new innovation of rice noodles that has a low to medium GI. It helps to reduce insulin resistance, stabilize blood sugar levels, and minimizes the drowsy feeling that is associated with after eating high GI foods.

This product can be made with white rice and brown rice

Whole Grains

Wholegrain rice retains the bran and germ of the kernel, which is a good source of fibre, protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It also has many health benefits one of which being the possible reduction of risk of developing type 2 diabetes, obesity, and heart disease.

There is a wide variety of wholegrain rice in Thailand. It ranges from brown, red, black and riceberry (purple), and can be converted into wholegrain noodles for a wholesome dish.

Low Temperature Air Dry

All products are air-dried in an enclosed hygiene oven at low temperature. This allows the products to maintain their colour, nutrients and eating quality.

The products are fat and acrylamide free due to the low temperature air-dried process.
